Dear mam,
i read your comment. i think your are not fully understood my view. i am not in the opinion of Govt. to interfere the private companies affairs. only thing Govt. should fix a salary structure and time limit for the people working in the private sector. Now, in private sector people are forced to work from 10 - 14 hours per day and getting salary only for 8 hrs. also, they are not getting the wages as per their assigned work.
